Real estate agencies with WASI: your inventory published and synced on its own
Gestión Integral Sabana connected its WASI account and within less than a day had 55 properties and 1,380 photos online. Here is how the sync works and what to do if you don't use WASI.

On Wednesday, October 28, before noon, we wrote to Gestión Integral Sabana, a real estate agency in Cajicá that handles sales and rentals in the Sabana de Bogotá area. The next day, before noon, all 55 of its properties were already published on Colombia Move with all their photos and the agency's direct contact. No one on its team had to upload a single listing by hand.
Short answer: if your real estate agency already works with WASI, we connect your account for free and your inventory is published and updated automatically every 6 hours. If you use other software or an Excel spreadsheet, we'll help you with bulk upload by file, also at no cost.
Here I explain how it works, what they asked us for, what the synchronization does, and where it has limits.
Why publishing property by property doesn't scale
Anyone who has worked at a real estate agency knows the routine: the property goes into the CRM, then you have to copy it to every portal, upload the 20 or 30 photos again, and when it sells or is rented, remember to take it down everywhere. With ten properties it's tedious. With fifty, someone ends up spending half a day a week on nothing else.
The real problem isn't publishing, it's maintaining. A sold listing that stays online generates missed calls and erodes the agency's credibility. That's why we focus on connecting to the system the agency already uses, instead of asking it to learn one more.
The case of Gestión Integral Sabana, in numbers
Sabana works with WASI. They replied to our first email that same afternoon asking about the terms, and the next morning they sent us their account access details. We activated the connection and in just over two hours everything was up:
| Data | Result |
|---|---|
| Properties published | 55 (45 for sale and 10 for rent) |
| Photos imported | 1,380, about 25 per property |
| Types | 20 apartments, 12 commercial, 9 houses, 8 country houses, 5 lots and 1 farm |
| Coverage | 15 municipalities, almost all in the Sabana de Bogotá and Cundinamarca, plus one in Santander |
| Municipalities with the most properties | Cajicá (17), Chía (11) and Bogotá (11) |
| Total time | Less than 25 hours from the first email |
| Manual work by their team | None, apart from sending us two WASI details |

Each property was left with its description, photos and price, grouped under the agency's profile. A buyer who comes looking for an apartment in Chía immediately sees the other options they have in the area, and messages the advisor directly, with no intermediaries.
How to connect your WASI account, step by step
- You write to us from the contact page saying that your real estate agency uses WASI.
- You create your agency's account on the marketplace using the agency's email.
- You send us your id_company and a API token from WASI. You generate the token inside your WASI account.
- We activate the connection and run the first synchronization. We check that the number of properties matches what you have in WASI.
- From then on, the system checks your inventory every 6 hours without you having to do anything.
We store the token encrypted, and it doesn't appear on any screen or in any system response. If you change your token, you send us the new one and we replace it.
What gets synchronized every 6 hours and where it has limits
In each round, the connector compares your WASI inventory with what is published and does three things:
- Publishes the new properties you've created in WASI.
- Updates those that changed: price, description, photos or status.
- Removes those you marked as sold or rented, or those that are no longer available.
If WASI responds with an error or an incomplete listing arrives, the system closes nothing: it stops that round and alerts us to review it. I'd rather a sold property stays online a few extra hours than fifty good listings go down because of a connection failure.
Now, to be honest: synchronization is not instant. If you lower the price at 9 in the morning, it can take up to 6 hours to show up as published. And whatever goes wrong in WASI goes wrong here too. Keep that in mind: if a listing has the wrong photo or an outdated price there, it gets replicated exactly as is. The quality of the listing still depends on your CRM.
Don't use WASI? We still upload your inventory
Many agencies work with other software or simply with an Excel file. For them there is the bulk import by file: you export your inventory, fill in the template and upload up to 200 properties per file, with photos included. If you don't have time, you send us the file and we upload it ourselves.
The difference with WASI is maintenance. With a file, when something sells you have to mark it and upload it again. With WASI, that happens automatically.

What your real estate agency gains from a growing marketplace
According to marketplace data as of October 29, 2026, over the last 30 days housing listings added up to thousands of views: 8,910 for apartments and 1,834 for houses, when there were only 15 active houses. There are more people searching than properties published.
That has a clear advantage for whoever arrives early. Today the 17 active properties in Cajicá all belong to Sabana, so anyone searching for Cajicá finds them first. In Chía something similar happens.
The flip side: this marketplace doesn't yet have the traffic of FincaRaíz or Metrocuadrado, and I'm not going to tell you it replaces those portals. I see it as an additional channel that costs you nothing, charges no commission and requires no work hours. The listings are indexable on Google, and every interested buyer goes directly to your agency.
Frequently asked questions
❓ How much does it cost to connect WASI with the marketplace?
It costs nothing: the connection, the first upload and the synchronizations are free for real estate agencies, according to the terms in effect in October 2026. We also don't charge commission on the deals you close. You only need an active WASI account with API access.
❓ Is it safe to share the WASI token?
Yes. With the token we only query your inventory, and we never ask for your WASI username or password. We store it encrypted and it is never displayed on screen. If you change it in WASI, you send us the new one and we replace it.
❓ How often are my properties updated?
Every 6 hours the system checks your WASI inventory and publishes, updates or removes whatever has changed. A price adjustment can take up to that long to appear in your listing, so it is not an instant update.
❓ What happens when I sell or rent a property?
If you mark it as sold or rented in WASI, the next synchronization removes it from the marketplace. You don't have to go take it down manually or notify us, and the rest of your inventory stays published unchanged.
❓ Can I edit the listings directly on the marketplace?
I recommend making changes in WASI. The connector uses WASI as the source, so whatever you edit there is reflected here in the next round, and you avoid having two different versions of the same property.
❓ How do I publish my inventory if I don't use WASI?
With the bulk import by file: up to 200 properties per upload, with photos included. If you prefer, you send us your Excel file and we do the upload for you, also for free, and then you keep the file up to date.
