1. Information We Collect

Colombia Move ("we") collects the following information when you use our service: name, email address, phone number, city, and any additional information you provide in your profile or listings. If you choose to receive WhatsApp notifications, we also store your WhatsApp number. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, name, and public profile picture from your Google account (see section 4 for details).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the jobs and services platform
• To send notifications about your listings (via email or WhatsApp, based on your preference)
• To communicate with you about your account
• To improve our service

3. WhatsApp & Meta

If you opt in to WhatsApp notifications, your messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Your phone number is shared with Meta solely for message delivery. You can change your notification preference at any time from your profile.

4. Sign in with Google

Colombia Move offers "Sign in with Google" as a convenient alternative to the email magic link. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following data directly from your Google account:

• Your verified email address (used as your account identifier)
• Your public name (displayed on your profile)
• Your public profile picture URL (displayed as your avatar)

We request the minimum Google permissions (openid, email, profile). We do NOT have access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service. We use this data solely to create or identify your Colombia Move account and to display your profile on the platform. We do not share your Google data with third parties.

You can revoke Colombia Move's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will stop future Google sign-ins, but your Colombia Move account and content remain — you can still sign in using the email magic link.

5. Storage & Security

Your information is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service.

6. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information from your profile
• Change your notification preferences at any time
• Delete your account by contacting us
• Opt out of WhatsApp messages
• Revoke Google access to your account from myaccount.google.com/permissions
