Why we did it

In Colombia, many people are already asking an AI, “How much should I ask for this apartment in Laureles?” or “Help me reply to this WhatsApp.” That conversation stays in the chat. Then you have to copy, paste, find the listing, upload the photo, and wait. You lose time and lose deals.

We want the local marketplace to lead that change: so your AI doesn't just talk about classifieds, but actually publishes, quotes, and responds, by the same site rules. No extra commission here. Without a robot reading your neighbor's inbox.

We reviewed the official websites of Colombian housing and classifieds portals on September 9, 2026. There are third-party tools that scrape public listings for an agent. That is not the same. This site, made in Colombia, provides an official connector from your account to ChatGPT and other assistants, with on-screen permission. That is the standard we want to set.

What just launched

Listing photos, without fighting the form

Ask your AI to upload photos to one of your listings. JPG, PNG, or WebP files work, via link or from the chat. With a clear photo, a housing or item listing stops being “pending” and can appear in the search. The moderation is the same as the site: it doesn't bypass the filter.

Local prices, not an invented number

You can ask: “What are the rental prices like in Chapinero?” or “Suggest a price for this two-bedroom apartment in El Poblado.” The assistant looks at similar active listings—category, city, sometimes neighborhood—and gives you a range. It’s not an appraisal or expert opinion. It’s a compass so you don’t ask for 8 million when the neighborhood is at 3.

Offers with a 72-hour clock

You could already send an offer. Now you can also see the ones you sent or received, counteroffer, and withdraw your own. Each offer expires in 72 hours. The history remains in the thread. The usual rules still apply: don't bid on your own listing and don't send weird payment texts.

Trust: reviews and verified badge

Before writing to a seller, ask for their reviews. After a confirmed deal, leave 1 to 5 stars. You have 48 hours to correct the comment. You can also ask for your verification status: email, phone (WhatsApp or Telegram), and business badge. On the search cards, you can already see if the account is verified.

Save, alerts, and “price drop”

Save an apartment or a motorcycle and ask for a notification if the price drops. Existing search alerts continue: you get an email when something matching appears. That way, you stop refreshing the page every night.

Multiple listings in one go

If you have an inventory—rooms, services, classifieds—you can renew several listings, apply the same change to several, or duplicate one as a draft to change the city or price. Each listing counts towards the daily limit. It's not a license to saturate the city: the listing is still yours and follows the same rules.

Your listing numbers and reports

Ask how many views, saves, messages, and offers one of your listings has had. That analytics might be reserved for a Pro account later on; on September 9, 2026, the switch remains off unless we activate it. If you see a weird listing—fraud, duplicate, bad category, something prohibited—tell the AI to report it. It goes into the same site moderation queue.

2. In ChatGPT: photo → Settings → Applications → Create. Paste that address in the URL box. Tap Login or Authenticate. On the site screen, tap Allow.
3. Open a new chat, turn on the connector, and speak normally, in Spanish.
4. If the Login button doesn't appear, create a key at /ai/mcp/connect and provide it via the client's secure field. Never paste it into the chat.
