Nothing. Posting what you need is free, browsing open requests is free, and we take no commission on whatever you agree. Payment is arranged directly between both people.

You agree on payment between yourselves: cash, Nequi, Daviplata, or transfer, before or after the job as you prefer. Colombia Move takes no commission and holds no payments. We recommend agreeing on the price over WhatsApp before the person arrives.
›Do I have to pay social security if I hire someone by the day?
A one-off, single-day task does not create a permanent employment relationship. But if the same person works for you regularly — for example, cleaning several days a month — Colombian law requires enrolling them in social security (health, pension, and ARL) in proportion to days worked. If the arrangement becomes recurring, formalize the contributions.
›Is it safe to hire here?
Take the same precautions as with any classified: agree on the price in writing on WhatsApp, ask for references or photos of previous work, and for jobs inside your home try to have someone else with you. Never pay everything upfront to someone you do not know.
