New on Colombia Move: I need help finding local services in Colombia

Colombia Move now has a more direct way to ask for local help: I need help.

The idea is simple: if you need cleaning, a move, a repair, delivery, help with paperwork, classes or any service, you can post a clear request in less than a minute. Local people and businesses can see it by city and respond directly.

This is not designed as a gigssection. In Colombia that word doesn't mean much. That's why we use names that most people understand: I need help, Day jobs and Trades and services.

What you can do starting today

• Post what you need, with city, category and budget.
• View open requests if you want to work or respond to people who need help.
• Post your service if you do cleaning, repairs, moves, deliveries, classes, paperwork, plumbing, electrical work or another trade.
• Search by city and category on new pages like cleaning in Medellín, moves in Bogotá o repairs in Cali.

How to use I need help

1. Go to colombiamove.com/necesito-ayuda.
2. Choose the category: cleaning, moves, repairs, plumbing, electrical, deliveries, paperwork, classes, pets, events, driver or assistance.
3. Add the city, neighborhood if applicable, budget and when you need the help.
4. Post the request for free.
5. Review responses and contact directly the person who can help you.

Why this helps locals and service providers

For someone who needs help, the benefit is not wasting time asking in groups, calling random contacts or explaining the same thing many times. You post a request and it's organized by city, category and budget.

For someone who offers a trade, the benefit is appearing where people are already looking. If you do cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, moves, repairs, deliveries or classes, you can create your ad from Trades and services and start receiving more local opportunities.
