Which neighborhoods are popular with expats in Medellín?

El Poblado (Provenza, Manila) is the classic expat hub — walkable, lots of cafes and restaurants, pricier. Laureles and Estadio are flatter, greener, more local and increasingly popular for better value. Envigado and Sabaneta (just south) are calmer and family-friendly. Visit a few on a scouting trip at different times of day before committing — each has a very different feel.
