Is tap water safe to drink in Medellín?

Getting conflicting info online. Some say yes, some say no. What do expats actually do?

My brother, unless you are in a rural settlement or a neighborhood way up high, the water here is super safe to drink straight from the tap. epm is very attentive to the water quality.
