How do I know how much net salary I have left after health and pension?
They are offering me a salary and I want to know how much I actually get in my pocket each month.

As an employee, 4% is deducted for health and 4% for pension from your salary. If you earn up to 2 SMMLV (COP 3.501.810 in 2026), you must also be paid the transport allowance of COP 249.095, which is not subject to those deductions. Withholding tax only applies to higher incomes and depends on your deductions. Quick rule: net ≈ salary × 0,92 + allowance (if applicable).
