Your AI as a sales assistant: manage your Colombia Move listings

Posting a listing is rarely the hard part of selling. Keep listings live without tracking dates

An expired listing drops out of search. You can renew an expired listing, or an active one in its last five days, and each renewal adds 21 days. Tracking those dates by hand is exactly the kind of chore that gets forgotten.

With your AI connected, ask for a renewal plan. It reviews your expired and expiring listings and sorts them into three groups:

• Renew: recent listings or ones getting healthy interest.
• Lower the price: listings with plenty of views but few messages, a sign the price is holding buyers back.
• Archive: stale searches, duplicates, or listings that have gone a long time without interest.

Then you can renew several at once. To make a listing perform better, ask for its completeness score: a 0 to 100 rating that lists missing fields, the photo count and title fixes. It can also suggest a price range based on similar active listings. When something sells, say “I sold it” and the listing leaves search.

Posting is still the easy part

Posting from the chat works as you would expect: send photos or a description, the AI builds a draft with a title, category and price, and it publishes only after you say yes. The preview includes Spanish and English copy, so local buyers and other expats can both read it.

You stay in control

Connecting your AI does not mean handing over your account. The connector is built so that you decide:

• Your account only: your AI works with your account and never anyone else’s. It cannot edit other people’s listings.
• No one else’s contact details: search returns public listing cards, without phone numbers, emails or the owner’s identity.
• Drafts first: when posting, the AI shows you a preview and saves only when you confirm. Reply suggestions never send anything on their own.
• You send WhatsApp messages yourself: if you ask for a WhatsApp message, the AI drafts it and you send it from your phone.
• Your key never goes in the chat: you authorize the connection with an “Allow” button on your account. If your app does not show one, the key goes in a protected field in the app, not in the conversation.

How to connect it in three taps

The process is the same in every compatible app:

1. Open the Connect AI page and pick the app you use.

3. Tap Allow when the authorization page opens and check that it shows your email.

Can my AI send messages without me knowing?

Reply suggestions never send anything; they show you drafts to choose from. A message goes out when you ask your AI to reply, and many apps ask you to approve each action. WhatsApp messages are always sent by you. That is how the connector works in 2026.

Can it see other users’ information?

No. In the current 2026 version of the connector, your AI can only access your own account. In search it sees public listing cards, without phone numbers, emails or the identity of whoever posted them.
