This morning the apartment photos were already in the chat: the living room, the kitchen, and the balcony. The only thing missing was not having to upload them to the computer again. Now your AI app —the one you already use for writing or translating— can take those photos and create the listing on Colombia Move.

It is not a chatbot hidden on the site. It is the same account connector we announced on September 8, 2026, in how to connect your AI. The photos are already in the chat

On your phone, almost nobody “has the URL” of a photo. The chat has it. If your AI app can see the file, tell it: publish this Dyson or this furnished apartment. It will ask for a short gap to upload the file and then attach it to the listing. JPG, PNG, or WebP. Moderation is the same as on the site, effective as of September 9, 2026: the filter is not bypassed.

If the file is huge, don't convert it into a mile-long text. Ask the app to use the prepared upload and show you the listing once the photo is already there. A clear photo takes a housing or object listing out of “pending” status.

Thirty seconds: draft, yes, publish

Speak naturally. “Selling MacBook Pro 14 in Envigado, good condition, 3,200,000.” The AI puts together the title, category, and city. You see a preview with a score from 0 to 100 and what is missing —neighborhood, price, another photo—. If it's good, you confirm. If not, you correct a line.

That “yes” matters. Nothing goes into search just because the chat got excited. Housing and objects still require at least one photo. A job posting or a remote service can live without one.

Paste the WhatsApp group

Sometimes the inventory isn't in your head: it's in a long message from the building group. Copy it and tell the AI: create up to twenty drafts. Each one counts as your own listing. It works for “selling cell phone,” “looking for furnished apartment Poblado pets,” “providing plumbing,” or “offering job.”

If there are no rentals, don't leave empty-handed

Before, a narrow search would return an empty result and a link to search again. Now, if there are no rentals in El Poblado this week, the AI tells you what is nearby —Envigado, Laureles— and leaves you a ready alert or a “looking for apartment” draft. El Poblado is a commune of Medellín (Medellín Mayor's Office, accessed September 9, 2026).

Prices appear as sales or rental prices, not as if they were a salary. A three-million-peso appliance doesn't disguise itself as a job.

Envigado is not a neighborhood of Medellín

The Mayor's Office of Envigado (envigado.gov.co, accessed September 9, 2026) is a municipality. If the listing is in Envigado, the city is Envigado. Medellín can include the Aburrá Valley when you ask for the metropolitan area, but the tag must tell the truth. Same for Sabaneta or Itagüí. That way, the buyer doesn't think they are going to the center of Medellín when they are going to Envigado.

Close, share, or reply from the same chat

When it is rented or sold, tell the AI to close it. The listing will stop appearing live in the search results. If you want to show it in the neighborhood group, ask for the text ready for WhatsApp: title, price, and public link. Without the owner's phone number. Viewings are proposed at a mall or a station, not in the living room.
